Sherri Ehrlich is a visionary mixed media artist and composer whose work captivates with its originality, creativity, and dynamic sense of rhythm. Growing up in both New York City and California, Sherri’s artistic journey is as diverse and colorful as her creations. Her early studies in graphic design and illustration at San Francisco City College, and Mini- master’s degree in social media marketing from Rutgers laid a strong foundation for her innovative approach to her creations. While a weekend sculpture class at Pratt Institute, where she attended as a scholarship student, expanded her sense of form and design. Notably, Sherri attended City-As-School (High School) in Brooklyn NY alongside the legendary Jean-Michel Basquiat, whose creative energy influenced her burgeoning artistic sensibilities.

In addition to her visual art, Sherri is a passionate music teacher, song writer with 7 children’s albums to her credit and entertainer. She writes original compositions with her talented pianist husband, Charlie Clarke, infusing her music with the same vibrant creativity and emotional depth that defines her artwork.

Sherri’s art is a masterful blend of materials and techniques, reflecting her deep understanding of form, color, and balance. She combines wax and acrylic, inks, collage, and the shimmering elegance of gold and copper leafing, creating layered, luminous works that pulse with rhythm—a reflection of her musical expertise.
